- Any additional expenses during the trip must be borne by the customer
3. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and required documents
- For international travel, passports and visas are the customer’s responsibility
4. Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events
- We will ensure alternative arrangements of similar value whenever possible
5. Liability

- Loss of luggage or personal belongings
- Injuries, accidents, or delays caused by third-party services
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
6. Third-Party Services
- Hotels, transport, and activities are operated by third-party vendors
- We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for their service quality
7. Code of Conduct
- Customers are expected to behave responsibly during the trip
- Any misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund
8. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or emergencies
